About The Position
Mom365 is searching for a dynamic Area Supervisor to oversee our talented team of newborn photographers across multiple hospital locations throughout the Phoenix Metro and Tucson markets. As an Area Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for leading, mentoring, and managing a team of photographers across multiple hospital sites. You will drive sales and photography performance, ensuring consistency and quality in every newborn session, while also training new photographers and partnering with hospital staff to build strong on-site relationships. Monitoring KPIs and achieving business goals related to customer satisfaction and sales will also be key aspects of your role.
