Area Supervisor Where will you work: Onsite - New Wales Facility, FL (3095 Highway 640 Mulberry, FL 33860) Are you passionate about ensuring safe and environmentally sound operations? As an Area Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting the continuous operations of our facility. You will manage and execute the daily operations schedule, effectively delegate tasks, and hold your team accountable to achieve short-term, defined key performance indicators (KPIs). You will communicate the daily operational plan to the production supervisor, incorporating routine messages at the appropriate level. Additionally, you will manage and comply with established Environmental, Health, and Safety Management Systems (EHS MS) programs, business unit initiatives, and other department administrative requirements. Your technical expertise will be essential as you possess a department-specific understanding of processes and equipment, articulate how processes work, and teach and coach your assigned team. You will oversee the department’s employee training program, ensuring adherence to currency requirements as identified in policies. Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• A bachelor's degree is preferred.
• In lieu of a High School Diploma/GED and 5-8 years of experience, candidates with a bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of experience will be considered.
• Related Experience: 5-8 years.
• Microsoft Office Suite: 1-2 years.
• Objective Interface Systems (OIS): 1-2 years.
• Maximo: 1-2 years.
• Kronos: 1-2 years.

Nice To Haves

• Industrial Environment: 1-2 years (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute daily operations schedule.
• Manage embedded water blasting and vacuum contractor crews
• Communicate daily operational plan.
• Manage EHS MS programs and other administrative requirements.
• Oversee department employee training.
• Other job-related duties as assigned.
• Provide work direction to the team as well as timely and constructive feedback to ensure employees have a clear understanding of their work, roles, business goals and performance standards.
• Manage performance issues when necessary.
• Develop and coach employees in order to retain and grow organizational talent.
• Support employees in their career development at Mosaic.
