In this role, you will: Travel as needed to apartment complexes in the metro Richmond area to make repairs. Repair or install appliances, complex HVAC needs, plumbing, electrical, and some carpentry in residential apartments. Provide excellent customer service to residents and team. Maintain documentation for work orders. Assist the Service Training Supervisor (STS) with the oversight, coaching, and development of trainees and internal service staff.
