About The Position

The Area Service Representative at Xerox is responsible for managing onsite operations related to scanning and digitizing client documentation. Responsibilities

• Travel to end-customer locations to determine required scanning services and communicate with stakeholders.
• Become the subject matter expert on the defined solution for the client.
• Assist with the preparation, planning, and delivery of scanning services at end customer locations or off-site locations.
• Handle job tickets and ensure they are completed and delivered.
• Maintain and update trackers and stock levels of paper, stationary, and print toners to ensure operational efficiency.
• Provide direction to a unit or group of employees, assigning tasks and checking work at frequent intervals.
• Complete Print Production work with limited supervision and utilize problem-solving skills.
