About The Position

The Area Service Manager is responsible for overseeing field personnel and contract partners, ensuring operational efficiency and quality service delivery. This role involves managing service technicians, conducting quality assurance inspections, and maintaining a positive atmosphere for both customers and employees. The position requires strong communication skills and the ability to troubleshoot and support field personnel effectively.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 5 years experience in a similar position.
• 3 years experience within the organization as a Service Technician.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Possess excellent telephone skills.
• Detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Management of field personnel and contract partners, including service technicians and independent contractors.
• Support and troubleshooting with field personnel inquiries.
• Continuous education into 12V technology and advancements.
• Fulfill daily operational duties of assigned area.
• Operate a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
• Conduct quality assurance inspections of all facilities, at least once quarterly.
• Maintain a positive and caring atmosphere for customers and employees.
• Ability to think independently and work through service challenges consistently.
• Sell and train new contractor facilities, maintaining and growing the service network.
• Support internal departments and personnel, assisting at any opportunity presented.
• Timely submission of required reports and expenses.
• Direct, coordinate, and participate in corporate initiatives to improve efficiency.
• Correspond with management when challenges are presented.
• Maintain the integrity, confidentiality, and security of pertinent information and records.
• Adhere to all state and federal rules, regulations, and statutes.
• Availability to take after-hours and weekend calls.
• Perform any other duty as assigned.
