The Area Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for ensuring bi-weekly staff schedules are prepared in advance of the subsequent cycle using scheduling software and ensuring completed schedules meet minimum state/province staffing requirements and company standards. The position will manage all staff scheduling and timekeeping, ensuring that all shifts are filled efficiently. The position will support approximately 4 senior living communities operating within a regional cluster and will spend sufficient time in their assigned communities to effectively support the scheduling needs of each community. A hybrid remote/on-site office work schedule may be considered at the discretion of the Executive Director.
