About The Position
The Sales Representative will work directly with customers in a designated territory to meet volume objectives while supporting profitability and operational efficiency. This is a relationship-focused sales role requiring both strategic planning and day-to-day account management.
Requirements
- English and Spanish Required
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in food manufacturing or related industries
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- B2B Sales experience
- Ability to build rapport quickly with customers and internal teams
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regularly within the assigned region
Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed sales targets and volume goals in assigned markets
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with new and existing customers
- Ensure timely resolution of customer or consumer concerns
- Implement company promotional and marketing programs effectively
- Monitor and maintain pricing strategies aligned with company goals
- Participate in the development and execution of sales objectives, policies, and programs
- Submit reports, documentation, and requests promptly and accurately
- Conduct regular business reviews with the Regional Sales Manager
- Identify new business opportunities to maximize revenue and market presence
