Requirements

  • 3 years of successful field sales experience in a B2B environment
  • Bachelors Degree preferred or equivalent experience in industry
  • Proven track record of prospecting and self sourcing new appointments and leads
  • Strong time and sales territory management skills
  • Exceptional sales call management presentation and closing abilities
  • Business acumen with experience and passion for selling in the SMB space
  • Self motivated and able to work independently with remotehome office experience
  • Excellent listening written and verbal communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with personal and professional confidence
  • Proficiency in using sales automation tools Salesforcecom ACT Oracle etc

Responsibilities

  • Utilize a combination of phone cold calling email and social media to prospect and set appointments with potential clients
  • Conduct effective sales calls identifying clients goals challenges and needs to recommend tailored solutions
  • Manage the onboarding process for new customers ensuring a seamless transition
  • Maintain a well balanced pipeline of prospective accounts
  • Accurately report sales related activities within our CRM system
  • Strive for continual professional and personal development through training and coaching
