The Sales Manager strategically leads the sales team to execute sales strategies that drive profitability and growth to achieve division goals. Responsible for promoting and reinforcing a culture of sales excellence, driving key initiatives, and delivering results. Hiring, coaching, and developing sales consultants consistent with HOVStrong selling, regular one-on-one coaching, huddle calls and sales meetings. This position combines operational oversight with hands-on coaching and development, effective onboarding, and continuous improvement of sales practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of five years' new homes sales experience
  • Successful candidate must maintain a valid driver's license.
