We are seeking a results-oriented, motivated Area Sales Manager who will focus on business development and servicing our customers. This Area Sales Manager will be responsible for growing and developing the sales and margins of temporary staffing services within the assigned branch geographic territory. Essential Functions In addition to traditional sales and service functions, this person will be responsible to: Present and sell temporary staffing services to current and potential clients. Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made. Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals. Communicate service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff. Follow up on leads. Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts. Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts. Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships. other duties as assigned.
