About The Position
The Sales Manager at Somerset Hills Hotel, a Tapestry Collection by Hilton, is responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in the assigned market. This role involves soliciting new and existing accounts to meet and exceed revenue goals through various sales strategies including telephone prospecting, outside sales calls, site inspections, and written communication. The Sales Manager will develop a marketing strategy by analyzing historical, current, and future hotel/market trends to create selling strategies that maximize revenue. The position requires a positive team attitude, open communication with all hotel departments, and a commitment to a hospitable culture that serves others with excellence.
