About The Position

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop sales strategies.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel nationwide in the US.

  • Bilingual in French and English is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the West Coast team to define sales objectives and develop strategic plans for retail and food service.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the food service and retail sectors.
  • Conduct weekly field visits to current food service clients and prospects.
  • Assist in the development of accounts in food service and retail in various regions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and industry partners.
  • Expand product offerings within existing accounts to increase brand presence.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, track performance against targets, and provide regular reports to management.
  • Represent La Fermière at industry trade shows and networking events.
