Every day presents a different challenge that ultimately brings us closer to smarter homes, cities, facilities, and grids. You will be on the front lines of deploying the electrical infrastructure of the future, listening to your customers, and offering solutions that serve their long-term needs. Our customers range across the spectrum of global commerce, including residential and commercial buildings, data centers, industrial sites, and infrastructure. We aim to make electricity greener, smarter, and more reliable. Learning is key in this role as our technology matures and our customers' needs change. You will create both strategic and tactical plans to increase Schneider Electric's market share, understand the market landscape, and develop coverage and sales strategies. You will be accountable for exceeding sales and profitability targets, using CRM software and data analytics to shape sales forecasts, and establishing budgets to manage costs effectively. Additionally, you will develop talent through recruiting, training, coaching, mentoring, and performance management, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
