What You'll Be Doing The Area Sales Leader is responsible for driving sales performance, field execution, and revenue growth across a team of installers and selling technicians. This is a selling role — you are expected to be in the field the majority of the day, actively engaging with customers. The role is a player/coach position, not a direct manager role. That means your field time is your time to sell while also coaching and supporting your team through ride-alongs, demonstrations, and shared sales activity. A defined sales close ratio is a critical requirement of this position, and consistent achievement of this metric is essential for success. The role requires balancing your own selling performance with coaching responsibilities to help the team achieve its targets. This Sales Leader works closely with Operations and Dispatch to ensure seamless integration between sales and service delivery.
