Requirements

  • A proven track record of sales leadership success, ideally within the healthcare industry.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills that captivate and inspire.
  • A deep understanding of the healthcare landscape, with a focus on skilled nursing and long-term care.
  • The ability to build rapport and influence at all levels, both internally and externally.
  • Tech-savviness and proficiency in using data to drive decisions.
  • Knowledge of financial options for skilled nursing coverage.
  • Unwavering commitment to HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Be a Catalyst for Growth: Develop and execute innovative sales strategies that drive market expansion and build strong, lasting relationships with key referral sources, including physicians, hospitals, and community partners (ACOs and BPCIs included!).
  • Empower a Winning Team: Mentor, coach, and inspire a high-performing sales team, conducting regular field rides and providing the support they need to crush their goals.
  • Forge Meaningful Partnerships: Cultivate deep relationships with key decision-makers and influencers, becoming a trusted advisor and ensuring long-term success.
  • Analyze, Strategize, Conquer: Dive into sales data and team reports to identify opportunities, refine strategies, and drive continuous improvement.
