About The Position

This role plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing business strategies across the Dermatology product portfolio, aimed at surpassing sales expectations at a national level. As a second-line leader, you will work closely with District Managers to ensure that sales performance meets or exceeds objectives. You will take ownership of implementing company priorities while maximizing sales results, collaborating across different functions to inform business plans with market insights. Your leadership will be critical in building a new field sales organization and guiding a diverse sales team towards success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field required.
  • 10 years of sales and marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Minimum of 5 years of management experience in related industries.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective leadership.
  • Skilled in leveraging digital tools and emerging technologies.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience managing first-line leaders is preferred.
  • Relevant experience in dermatology is a plus.
