About The Position

This role is responsible for driving sales growth and providing exceptional design consultation services to clients. The specialist will work on-site at assigned Home Depot stores within a specific territory, managing relationships with Home Depot store leaders and associates, and leveraging Home Depot employees and customer traffic to generate leads and sales. Weekend work is required.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth
• Provide exceptional design consultation services to clients
• Work on-site at assigned Home Depot stores, within a specific territory
• Manage relationships with Home Depot store leaders and associates
• Leverage Home Depot employees and customer traffic to generate leads and sales
• Work on-site, at assigned Home Depot stores including weekends, holidays, and some evenings
• Manage a sales pipeline
• Regularly plan, coordinate, execute lead generating events and leverage event sales
• Train others and communicate product knowledge
• Partner with Home Depot leaders providing updates on sales performance, merchandising and displays
• Ensure Tuff Shed displays are presentable, clean, and maintained; signage is updated
