About The Position

As an Area Sales & Design Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and providing exceptional design consultation services to clients. This role involves working on-site at assigned Home Depot stores within a specific territory. You will manage relationships with Home Depot store leaders and associates, leveraging their employees and customer traffic to generate leads and sales. The position requires working weekends, holidays, and some evenings.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth
  • Provide exceptional design consultation services to clients
  • Work on-site at assigned Home Depot stores within a specific territory
  • Manage relationships with Home Depot store leaders and associates
  • Leverage Home Depot employees and customer traffic to generate leads and sales
  • Work on-site, at assigned Home Depot stores including weekends, holidays, and some evenings
  • Manage a sales pipeline
  • Regularly plan, coordinate, execute lead generating events and leverage event sales
  • Train others and communicate product knowledge
  • Partner with Home Depot leaders providing updates on sales performance, merchandising and displays
  • Ensure Tuff Shed displays are presentable, clean, and maintained; signage is updated
