Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Drive long distances and complete overnight travel as needed.
  • Must be able to pass a background check and motor vehicle report.
  • We also conduct pre-employment drug testing.
  • Any job offer will be based on the results of background, MVR and drug testing.

Nice To Haves

  • Background in automotive finance, lending, or dealer services is a plus.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct on-site vehicle inspections, assign condition ratings, and take photos.
  • Record and report vehicle condition changes or damage.
  • Manage and optimize credit lines for assigned dealer portfolios.
  • Build strong relationships with existing dealers and support onboarding of new ones.
  • Educate dealers on credit tools and company best practices.
  • Identify and report non-compliance or suspicious activity.
  • Collaborate with management on risk mitigation and asset recovery.
  • Log all activities and dealer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Travel extensively within the assigned region, including overnight stays.
