Responsibilities

• Monitor and drive project delivery performance across the area, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget
• Conduct monthly reviews with project managers and the Area Leader to assess project health, identify risks, and implement corrective actions
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and contractual terms
• Serve as a key problem-solver and escalation point for project-related issues
• Collaborate with the finance team on monthly revenue recognition and financial forecasting
• Support integration efforts for newly acquired firms and ensure alignment with enterprise systems and delivery frameworks
• Drive the adoption of project management best practices, tools, and systems
• Contribute to strategic initiatives and support high-impact pursuits in coordination with business development teams
• Mentor and support project managers, fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and excellence
