Area Program Director Substance Use Disorder Programs

This role provides oversight at our Substance Use Disorder Programs at Martin CI, Sago Palm CI, and Okeechobee CI. The position provides oversight of all substance abuse disorder services, prevention through aftercare (including alumni services). The position oversees program operations within a specified state or geographic area. Maintains good customer relations, develops new business opportunities, monitors adherence to budgets, and ensures contract compliance. Learns, uses and models principles of the 'What Works' system through evidence-based practices in all interactions with clients and other staff members.
