Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related professional experience.
  • 8+ years' experience (6+ for Master's).
  • Demonstrated E2E business strategy/plan creation and execution.
  • Strong project management skills, including managing multiple projects.
  • Ability to execute marketplace initiatives with a focus on improving margin opportunity.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Project Management and CRM tools (preferably Microsoft Project and Salesforce).
  • Expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to multi-task effectively and change gears quickly.

Responsibilities

  • Drive delivery of revenue and/or acquisition goals by strategizing, developing, and sustaining strong hotel and property partner relationships.
  • Ensure implementation of internal business initiatives and process efficiencies.
  • Work with Expedia Group's hotel and property partners to build C-level relationships.
  • Help partners maximize production potential from their participation in the Expedia marketplace.
  • Share best practices across teams and regions, highlighting emerging themes and trends.
  • Lead a team including Senior Market Managers, Market Managers, and Associate Market Managers in the Southwest Market.
  • Build and execute strategy within the assigned market to achieve business goals.
  • Continuously coach and provide recommendations to direct reports to improve team productivity and effectiveness.
  • Spearhead cross-functional Expedia business initiatives.
  • Provide input to senior management in developing effective and scalable solutions.
  • Develop and sustain strong partner relationships, especially at the C-level.
  • Promote Expedia's full suite of products offerings to partners.
  • Lead the execution of overall market business plans to meet or exceed key targets.
