Under the direction of the Operations Manager, Area Managers will serve as the point of contact in multiple accounts and provide direction to personnel.

  • Manage and retain employees at their designated locations
  • Communicate job expectations, monitor, coach, develop and train / retain employees
  • Enforcement of policies, procedures and productivity standards
  • Establish strategic goals by gathering pertinent business, service and operations information.
  • Identify and evaluate trends / choose a course of action / define objectives and evaluate outcomes
  • Build and cultivate employee morale, motivation, loyalty and retention
  • Measure performance compliance and requirements to meet scorecard objectives at or above designated levels
  • Manages allocated daily budgeted hours vs actual hours worked.
  • Monitor daily staffing needs in all assigned locations, as well as overtime control, absences, turnover and relocation of employee resources as needed
  • Participates in employee concerns: reporting, follow up, investigation and disciplinary processes as needed.
  • Must display the ability to apply solutions to resolve issues and/or manage conflict.
  • Must be capable of displaying effective time management skills
  • Attend and participate in Daily Area Manager 4pm Meeting
  • Valid Driver's License

  • Ability to pass drug screen and background check
  • Prior Management Experience - coaching, mentoring and training others
