The Herc Rentals Area Manager reports to the District Manager who oversees the management of all branches within your specific area. The Area Manager assists in ensuring all branches meet or exceed their business plans/goals while ensuring equipment rental services are executed in the most cost-effective manner while maintaining the highest quality of standards. Successful candidates must be able to direct and support business initiatives, improve and sustain branch expense management, address and improve branch safety and maintenance issues, while providing Branch Managers the tools to maximize revenue and profitability. Driving both customer and employee satisfaction are key in this role as well. They will follow the direction of the District Manager leading revenue, fleet, profit, policy & procedure and people management.
