About The Position

Provide leadership and execution of a functional area at the plant level that ensures profitable results and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • HS Diploma or GED
  • 2+ yrs. manufacturing management experience preferred or 2 + yrs. experience in a supervisory role leading/managing people/processes
  • Microsoft Office experience
  • Possesses knowledge of our core competencies and capabilities
  • Ability to train, motivate, and direct production employees
  • Planning, organizing, and communication skills
  • Personnel management & leadership skills

  • Preferred BS/BA degree

  • Support and ownership of Safety Program, safe work practices and countermeasure actions in assigned area.
  • Provide performance feedback and strategy for development of personnel.
  • Represent the business unit's interests with internal and external customers, suppliers, and other Kimball business units.
  • Support our Environmental Management System (EMS).
