About The Position

The Area Manager will demonstrate innovation that creates world-class service, training programs, financial performance, and administrative excellence at each practice they manage. The individual develops ideas and solutions to bring value to patients and practice. Provides leadership in implementing new initiatives, leading to increased patient experience and EBITA. Essential Functions & Responsibilities: Responsible for meeting the forecasted encounters, revenue, and other KPIs. Supervision and development of Office Managers in leading practice staff and managing patient experience. Review all expenses. Development and implementation of new revenue streams and critical operational processes. Final evaluation of practice job applicants in conjunction with Office Managers. Assist marketing with targeting retention and encounter growth. Assist with training staff at new centers. Assist the Office Manager with meetings and assist the Regional Director/Vice President with Meetings. Responsible for results and leading at least three practice locations. Problem solves, develops solutions, and serves as a resource for revenue cycle management, finance, operations, information technology, and human resources.

Requirements

  • Ability to manage and resolve conflicts.
  • Proficiency with critical thinking.
  • Computer proficiency in Windows-based software.
  • Workflow management and process improvement.
  • Experience with electronic medical records (EMRs).
  • Proficiency in understanding Profit & Loss statements.
  • EDUCATION: A minimum of a high school diploma is required.
  • EXPERIENCE: 3 - 5 years of management experience in medical practice management.

  • A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
