About The Position

Ace Parking is seeking a dynamic Area Manager to join our airport division in Cincinnati, OH. In this role, you will work closely with the Ohio leadership team to oversee the day-to-day business operations, including leveraging your experience in developing and nurturing client relationships. The ideal candidate will possess superior verbal and written communication skills, business and financial acumen, and extraordinary leadership qualities. The position is responsible for, but not limited to the following: What you will be doing: Oversee multiple locations, including managers within a specified region to ensure operational excellence. Review, establish, and maintain budgets and P & L for profitability. Develop new business opportunities and maintain existing client relationships. Work with the marketing team to create proposals, submit bids, and negotiate contracts. Advise clients of technological enhancements, revenue potential, and opportunities for effectiveness and efficiency. Review current operational processes. Modernize or streamline as needed. Work with leadership and corporate teams to implement initiatives and strategies. Hire, train, and develop staff. What we are looking for: Must possess 5+ years of managerial experience. Ability to review and develop a budget and P&L. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required. Parking or hospitality experience preferred. Ability & willingness to work a flexible schedule as necessary to meet client requirements. Ability to travel to multi-site locations within a specified area. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365. Bachelor's degree preferred. Requirements

  • Must possess 5+ years of managerial experience.
