The Area Manager manages and grows relationships within one or more accounts, while providing leadership and mentorship to others in the Sales Team. Focused on delivering chemical solutions tailored to the customers’ production operations, including flow assurance, corrosion and scale control, emulsion breaking, and sour gas mitigation. Acts as a point of contact for the customer, ensuring program performance, addressing technical challenges, and identifying opportunities to optimize chemical usage and field outcomes. They will ensure consistency in technical and customer service levels as well as manage customer relationships by assisting account/technical representatives on sales calls, surveys and recommendations. Works in close collaboration with field personnel, lab teams, and operations. This is a senior-level sales role providing entry-level supervision to Account Managers and/or Sales Reps on one or more accounts; reports to District Manager.
