As a new Full-Time Area Manager at Clean Team, you can expect your day-to-day responsibilities to encompass a variety of tasks to ensure excellence across multiple facilities. Your typical schedule will be Monday through Friday during 2nd shift, providing you with afternoons and evenings to manage operations effectively. Daily, you will oversee staff performance, conduct site inspections, and ensure quality standards are met. You will collaborate closely with team members to address any challenges and implement effective solutions. Communication with clients is essential, as you will build strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will handle scheduling, training, and staff development to foster a high-performing team culture. Expect to engage in problem-solving discussions with your peers and motivate your team to excel in delivering outstanding service across Evart, Clare, Mt. Pleasant, Gladwin, Harrison, Edmore, Standish, Pinconning, Sanford, Coleman, and Prudenville.
