About The Position

Requirements

• Minimum of 1-year proven management experience
• Experience coaching, mentoring and training others
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must have valid car insurance
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must have car insurance

Responsibilities

• Report to the Operations Manager and keep them informed about the site's activities
• Train new cleaners and provide ongoing support and training to the team.
• Ensure that the daily/nightly cleaning task schedules are followed.
• Conduct daily or nightly inspections to maintain high cleaning standards.
• Responsible for ordering supplies, chemicals, equipment, and consumable products.
• Ensure that the cleaning tasks are completed within the budgeted hours.
• Monitor and ensure that our cleaners are in Clean Team shirts or uniforms and using the required personal protective equipment (PPE) for the specific account.
• Communicate with the staffing coordinator when there's a need to fill open positions.
• Provide friendly service and communication to our customers. Attend to customer needs and requests promptly.
• Send in a daily or nightly recap to keep everyone updated on the site's activities.
• Make sure the building is armed and secured after the cleaning tasks are completed.
