The Area Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire operations of several multifamily housing communities under the supervision of the Regional Manager. As an Area Manager, you will manage all phases of operations, including personnel, leasing, maintenance, financial, administration & risk management.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred or four years experience in the housing industry; or 3+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required
  • Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements
  • This position entails travel, estimated at 25-50% of work time annually. Travel may be required for property visits, conferences, training sessions, or other business-related activities.

  • Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred
