Requirements

• Strong operations, customer service, or multi‑site leadership experience
• Confident communicating with teams, owners, and customers
• Financially literate (budgets, cash flow, variances)
• Highly organized, reliable, and detail‑oriented
• Comfortable with software and technology
• Positive attitude, strong follow‑through, and a drive for improvement
• Valid Driver’s License
• Successfully Complete Background Check
• Successfully Complete Drug Screen
• Attitude and Aptitude Testing

Responsibilities

• Support and coach store managers
• Conduct site inspections and operational audits
• Oversee budgets, reporting, revenue management, and monthly financial reviews
• Manage hiring, evaluations, training, and performance development
• Direct marketing execution and competitive surveys
• Maintain owner relationships and attend owner meetings
• Travel regularly between assigned facilities
