In this role, you’ll lead field operations across an entire multi-market territory, ensuring that every pickup is smooth, consistent, and dependable for our partners and their residents. Supported by Fetch’s trusted national logistics network, you’ll help transform an everyday chore into a high-quality amenity with one community at a time. This is a hands-on leadership role designed for rising operators who want to own a region like a business. You’ll spend 70% of your time driving tactical execution and 30% contributing strategically as we continue scaling Valet Trash nationwide.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of leadership experience in field operations, hospitality, service, logistics, or facilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or 3+ years of apartment valet trash experience.
  • Proven ability to guide teams, solve problems, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skilled in platforms and software while possessing strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret operational trends and make data-informed decisions.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication, with a focus on prioritization, partnership and customer experience.
  • Ability to labor plan effectively by maintaining and developing a healthy, reliable staffing pool across a blended 1099/W-2 model.
  • Valid driver’s license and comfort traveling within the market.
  • Commitment to traveling up to 20% of the year outside of primary market.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily operations across a ~15,000-unit territory, ensuring reliable coverage and exceptional service.
  • Conduct weekly field quality audits at communities to uphold safety, and operational standards.
  • Serve as the primary leader for new community launches, from site assessments through stabilization.
  • Partner closely with Trash Support agents to assess staffing needs, mitigate risk, and maintain a healthy blended W2 and 1099 workforce.
  • Resolve on-site escalations, access challenges, and community-level logistical issues.
  • Oversee onboarding programs and handle route optimization for Trash Service Partners.
  • Manage procurement and distribution of operational supplies across the region.
  • Collaborate with Client Success and Customer Experience to support client and resident satisfaction.
  • Work with Core Operations on inventory, warehouse coordination, and readiness.
  • Identify process improvements and contribute ideas as part of an early-stage, high-growth division.
  • Produce territory-level insights and support leadership with operational reporting.
