Requirements

  • 5+ years of Store Manager experience at a specialty retailer
  • Proficiency in reading, speaking and writing in English is required
  • Authorization to work for any employer in the United States. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
  • Ability to meet store scheduling and availability expectations, including the ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and high retail traffic and sales days, including but not limited to the day after Thanksgiving, Memorial Day, Christmas Eve, Mother’s Day, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Empower, develop, motivate, and work alongside team to drive results through delivering an elevated customer experience
  • Recruit, hire, and retain best in class talent within area through succession planning and demonstrating strong leadership skills
  • Research and maintain market insights as it pertains to all aspects of the business
  • Deliver consistent operational excellence in all store processes
  • Develop strategic plans in partnership with Store Managers and Senior District Manager to drive incremental sales by identifying merchandise and inventory opportunities and utilizing cross functional partnerships
  • Create foot traffic through community involvement and hosting events
  • Build a client book through establishing client relationships to drive additional traffic and create client engagement
  • Achieve goals through efficient time management while leading and developing all teams remotely and in person
  • Drive Omni channel sales by utilizing all available tools and technology
  • Resolve all human resources issues in a timely and effective manner, partnering with HR when necessary
