As an Area Manager, you aren’t just overseeing the Pontiac territory; you are

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Special Education, Social Work, or a related field.
• At least three years in a related field with proven supervisory experience.

• Strong organizational prowess, financial literacy, and the ability to translate complex regulations into clear action.
• A valid driver’s license and the flexibility to travel as needed to support your area.

Responsibilities

• Monitor program operations to ensure 100% compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
• Manage budgets, coordinate licensing, and spearhead activities that lead to agency growth and improved services.
• Serve as the face of Mosaic in your community, building vital relationships with staff, families, and partner organizations.
