Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or 5 years of equivalent work experience.
Willing to accept responsibility and accountability for performance.
Excellent team-building skills.
Demonstrated leadership skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice To Haves

5 years+ of production management experience preferred.
Experience operating and managing machines preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and support Team Members working in a high-precision CNC machining environment to ensure products meet the highest standards.
Record, approve, and track time and attendance for Team Members.
Partner with Operation Managers, Area Managers, and HR to make informed personnel decisions.
Foster a positive, employee-centric, work environment. Cultivating teamwork within and among all teams at Medeco.
Schedule and lead regular team meetings to review progress and business updates.
Ensure team members are properly trained to perform their work assignments.
Collaborate with Operation & Area Managers to ensure a seamless flow of products through the factory.
Prioritize and advance orders to meet commit/promise dates.
Ensure Medeco shipments meet and exceed our customers' quality and delivery expectations.
Achieve planned productivity, and continuous improvement goals.
Maintain a proactive approach to ensuring a safe working environment for all team members.
Develop and maintain performance metrics to give visibility to factors impacting production.
Act as a change agent to drive continuous improvements across the business.
Support development and implementation of business plans, including budget management and capital plans.
Co-lead and support design development projects.
Perform other duties as assigned by Operations Manager
