About The Position

The Area Manager at Wisenbaker Builder Services, Inc. is responsible for supervising the installation and service of all product offerings within a designated geographic area. This role acts as a liaison between the company and its builder customers, ensuring that operational policies and procedures are adhered to while making decisions to enhance customer service. The Area Manager plays a crucial role in maintaining relationships with builders and subcontractors, managing installation schedules, and resolving any issues that arise on job sites.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Minimum 1+ year in a field management role
• Preferably a working knowledge of W.B.S.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining good working relationships with builder customers
• Developing and maintaining good working relationships with all subcontract labor
• Managing all aspects of the daily product installation schedule
• Scheduling and conducting product installation quality walks
• Verifying that jobs are complete according to company requirements and the grading of the installer and product installations
• Overseeing all audit resolutions
• Participating in monthly financial meetings
• Maintaining good communications with Expediting and Field Operations on crew structure
• Professionally troubleshooting and/or resolving homebuyer issues as they arise on the jobsite, before and after installation
• Participating in model home meetings and managing model home job sites
• Reviewing discounts and resolving customer back charges
