About The Position

The position involves communicating with individuals or groups verbally and in writing, including customers, suppliers, and associates. The role requires implementing the business plan for the area of responsibility by communicating goals, managing staffing and scheduling, assigning duties, and coordinating workloads to achieve facility goals such as production, quality, and safety. Responsibilities also include monitoring and managing productivity by preparing, reviewing, and analyzing business reports, maintaining quality and safety standards, and ensuring associates are trained on logistics and company policies. The position requires identifying associate, customer, and supplier concerns and supervising and developing associates and leaders in the area of responsibility. Additionally, the role involves managing the execution of QA guidelines, systems hardware and software maintenance, troubleshooting systems applications, and fostering a culture of belonging and integrity within the team.

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field and 1 year supervisory experience OR Bachelor's Degree in a Business, Logistics or related field OR 2 years Walmart logistics experience OR 2 years supervisory experience.

Responsibilities
