About The Position

Stintino Management is seeking a high-accountability, process-driven Area Manager / Property Manager to step into a key leadership role overseeing a growing multifamily portfolio across Charleston, Savannah, and the Charlotte MSA. This is not a passive oversight role. It is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who thrives in ownership, operational precision, and measurable results. The ideal candidate is energized by building strong teams, driving performance metrics, improving systems, and creating consistency across properties. This is a hybrid leadership role: Property Manager (James Island – Part-Time Demand) You will serve as PM for our Charleston property, which currently requires part-time involvement. Area Manager (Portfolio Oversight) You will provide operational leadership and process oversight across the full portfolio, which includes 4 properties and 257 units, ensuring that each site is executing at a high level. This means you must be able to travel periodically between Charleston, Savannah, and Charlotte.

Requirements

  • Must have a Multi Family Project Manager license in SC
  • Proven ability in leading across multiple assets
  • 5+ years in property management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

  • Operational Leadership Conduct weekly portfolio meetings
  • Ensure property teams execut company processes
  • Monitor KPIs and performance metrics
  • Support leasing, collections, and maintenance execution
  • Oversee the daily operations of a stabilized leading property in the city
  • Ensure all maintenance and repair requests are addressed in a timely manner
  • Manage tenant relations, build good relationships, and address any concerns or issues that arise
  • Develop and implement property management policies and procedures
  • Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, including inspections and lease renewals
  • Accountability Coach and develop site teams to drive performance and accountability
  • Reinforce company standards, policies, and values in daily operations
  • Ensure operational consistency across markets
  • Serve as ownership’s eyes and ears in the field, proactively identifying risks and opportunities
