Area Manager - South Bay Region The Area Manager is responsible for leading all phases of operation of approximately 5 Communities stretching from San Jose to Marina, including, but not limited to, direct supervision and development of the onsite management team, financial performance to budget and accountability for the compliance, sales, resident relations and maintenance functions. This position ensures that Company standards are maintained across Communities by the management team and that each Community is performing optimally. They will keep the Sr. Regional Manager and/or Vice President informed of staff performance, property service levels and audit results. The position provides inspirational leadership, successfully promotes Company values, and creates an environment of exceptional customer service for employees, residents, prospective applicants and vendors.
