About The Position

The Area Manager for Parking Operations at Propark Mobility is responsible for overseeing multiple locations within their assigned portfolio, ensuring efficient operations across shuttle fleet management, self-parking, and valet services. This role emphasizes leadership, operational excellence, and client relationship management, with a focus on fostering a supportive and engaging work environment.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of proven leadership in the hospitality and/or parking industries.
• Outstanding operational and financial acumen.
• Impeccable conversational and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in revenue control equipment, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office suite.

Nice To Haves

• Previous parking industry experience with a hospitality focus.
• Progressive management experience with multi-team oversight.
• Established experience with scheduling and payroll.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary leadership and development to your teams.
• Support and guide supervisors and managers in handling customer service issues and day-to-day operational needs.
• Develop and maintain lasting, mutually productive client relations and attend client meetings.
• Review management reports and client statements to ensure financial results meet expectations.
• Analyze performance metrics, forecasts, and KPIs to maximize performance.
• Collaborate with regional teams and corporate to prepare annual budgets for revenue generation and expense allocation.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by company management.
