About The Position

We are currently recruiting for a New York Metro Area Manager, reporting directly to the Vice President of our North America market. As our Area Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the success of the region, driving operational excellence and ensuring the highest performance across all key metrics. You will inspire and lead our New York retail teams with confidence, passion, and expertise to exceed business goals and store-specific KPIs. This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration - working closely with both Retail and Corporate teams, as well as nurturing our host store partnerships to increase brand visibility, optimize selling opportunities, and identify areas for continued growth.

Requirements

  • An experienced retail leader, with proven multi-site or field-based management experience in the fashion industry.
  • A hands-on, solutions-oriented leader who places the customer at the heart of every decision.
  • Strategic and decisive, with the ability to lead teams through change and growth with clarity and confidence.
  • Experienced in attracting, developing, and retaining high-performing talent with a focus on leadership and service excellence.
  • Commercially astute, target-driven, and confident working with financial and performance data.
  • A compelling communicator and natural influencer, skilled at building strong relationships across all levels.
  • A passionate brand ambassador, committed to upholding and championing our brand values in every market.
  • Preferably based in either the New York or New Jersey area.

Responsibilities

  • Drive commercial success across the region by achieving and exceeding retail targets and KPIs.
  • Take full P&L accountability, managing sales and cost lines to deliver consistent, profitable growth across all markets.
  • Lead your management teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences across all stores and concession partnership locations.
  • Assess and action market-specific product and range opportunities, collaborating with Product and Merchandising teams to align assortments with local customer demand.
  • Maintain tight control of expenditures, including payroll, to ensure optimal cost-efficiency across the region.
  • Foster strong, collaborative relationships with host partners to elevate brand presence and maximize in-store opportunities.
  • Support and drive regional marketing initiatives, partnering with the Marketing team to enhance brand awareness and local impact.
  • Recruit, engage, and develop high-calibre talent who embody our service ethos and leadership values.
  • Identify and act on new business opportunities across existing and potential markets, including growth with retail partners.
