The Area Manager will oversee the operations of three locations in Auburn, Tacoma, and Covington, focusing on team leadership, operational excellence, and driving business performance. This role requires close collaboration with Shift Leads to ensure smooth daily operations, meet performance goals, and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Provide guidance and support to Shift Leads and store teams to ensure seamless operations.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (sales, customer satisfaction, and cost control).
Recruit, train, and develop team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Ensure consistent implementation of company policies, procedures, and brand standards across all locations.
Address any operational issues, coordinate resources, and provide solutions in a timely manner.
Serve as a communication bridge between store teams and senior management.
Visit each location regularly to maintain presence and support.

Proven experience in multi-unit or multi-store management in the retail or food and beverage industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Flexible schedule with the ability to travel between locations as needed.

Prior experience in a food and beverage environment is preferred but not required.
