About The Position
The position involves managing 2-3 depots, ensuring overall safety directions, standardization coordination, and daily operations. The role includes supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Key duties include interviewing, hiring, training employees, planning and directing work, appraising performance, and addressing complaints. The position requires close collaboration with the District Manager to ensure depot performance in KPIs and safety compliance.
