As an Area Manager in Training, you will learn all aspects of our business while working side by side with our professional branch teams. Requirements

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a multi-unit or high-volume retail, leadership role.
Must have the ability to relocate when Area Manager position is offered.
Experience in retail, sales, or financial industry
Strong desire to succeed in a competitive market.

Recruiting: Continuing to grow your team by sourcing and attracting candidates and conducting interviews to find the best fit for your open positions.
Management: Ability to prepare and present concepts and recommendations to co-workers and supervisors in an effective and professional manner.
