About The Position

The position involves communicating with individuals or groups verbally and in writing, including customers, suppliers, and associates. Requirements

  • Associate's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field and 1 year's supervisory experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field OR 1 year's Walmart Logistics Management experience OR 2 years' Walmart Logistics experience OR 2 years' supervisory experience.
  • Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments.

Nice To Haves

  • Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Experience supervising associates.
  • Familiarity with Walmart Logistics Systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Logistics.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with individuals or groups verbally and in writing.

  • Monitor and manage productivity of area of responsibility by preparing, reviewing, and analyzing business reports.
  • Maintain quality and safety standards by ensuring associates are trained on policies and procedures.
  • Identify associate, customer, and supplier concerns and determine corrective actions.
  • Supervise and develop associates and leaders by assigning duties and monitoring performance.
  • Build high-performing teams and create a workplace culture of belonging.
  • Act with integrity and promote the highest standards of ethics and compliance.
  • Deliver results while putting the customer first and adapting to their shopping needs.
  • Drive continuous improvements and support others through change.
