As a Program Manager at Google, you'll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines. As a member of the Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Operations team, you'll be responsible Data Center operational EHS legal compliance, program implementation, conformance, and EHS resource management. As an Area Manager, you will play a vital role in driving continuous improvement across Google's EHS operations in the North Central Area of the United States and beyond. You will identify, organize, and lead program activities and stakeholders to deliver impactful business, operational, and technical improvements. You will be responsible for scoping, phasing, and leading ambiguous cross-functional and cross-organizational challenges, ensuring alignment of senior stakeholders across various departments. You will also provide additional support and project management oversight to new and critical EHS initiatives to continue to create and iterate our EHS programs. You will manage a team of EHS Program Managers to ensure a consistent and uniform approach to EHS program implementation across the region.
