About The Position

The Area Manager oversees multiple practices within a designated area, ensuring operational excellence, staff and provider performance, and compliance with organizational standards. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on management of daily operations, including scheduling, inventory control, staff training, and business development initiatives.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Experience: Minimum 7+ years of healthcare operations experience and 3+ years in a management role overseeing multiple sites.

Responsibilities

Operational Leadership Oversee clinical and administrative operations across multiple sites
Business Development Identify growth opportunities and collaborate with marketing for local initiatives.
Compliance & Quality Ensure adherence to OSHA, HIPAA, and regulatory standards.
Staff & Provider Oversight Plan for staffing adjustments and succession by monitoring employment lifecycles and operational trends. Supervise staff and provider schedules; ensure coverage and productivity.
Training & Development Facilitate onboarding and ongoing training for staff and providers.
Inventory & Supply Management Monitor inventory levels; approve and place supply orders.
Schedule Management Create and manage monthly staffing schedules.
Financial & Reporting Review and approve invoices; oversee daily revenue reporting from patient visits.
