About The Position
This is not a corporate, remote or office-based position. This is a full-time, entry level position located within one of Amazon's fulfillment centers, sort centers, delivery stations or other operations buildings. Amazon is seeking customer focused individuals to lead a team of hourly employees across our cutting-edge Operations network! Our warehouses are fast-paced environments where standing, walking, and having on-the-production floor conversations are common as a supply chain leader. As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for engaging, leading and developing your team in a warehouse environment. Your main focus will be motivating, mentoring, and managing your team to meet goals. Amazon provides extensive training and development to become an exceptional people leader.
