About The Position

The goal of the maintenance program is to ensure the showroom is client-ready at all times. Natural Area: Mowed and trimmed regularly. Aesthetics: Hardscape and Deck area should look "freshly washed," and surfaces should be free of pollen, bird droppings, spider webs, and dust. Precision: Weeds should never be visible to a casual observer.

Responsibilities

  • Grass Maintenance: Mow the Grass
  • Edge Trimming: String-trim the area where the mower can’t reach
  • Debris Removal: Blow off all patios and decks to remove leaves, grass clippings, and dirt.
  • Spot Weeding: Pull any visible weeds in paver joints, gravel beds, or around fence posts.
  • Trash Check: Inspect and ensure the area is free of trash
  • Hardscape Rinse: Hose down paver patios to remove settled dust.
  • Deck Rinse: Hose down the deck surface and remove settled dust.
  • Surface Wipe-down: Wipe down handrails, post caps, and outdoor furniture to remove dust and pollen if needed.
  • Furniture Reset: Straighten outdoor furniture, fluff outdoor pillows, and ensure displays are staged according to the layout.
  • Herbicide Application: (As needed) Spot-treat stubborn cracks or gravel areas with weed killer to prevent regrowth if needed.
  • Web Removal: Use a soft broom to clear cobwebs from fence corners, deck railings, and around displays
  • Power Wash/Scrub: Deep clean any areas showing signs of “greening” (algae) or heavy staining/dirt.
  • Walk Through Inspection: Check for loose boards or wobbly fence sections. Ensure gate hinges swing smoothly and latches engage correctly.
